Been getting delivery from here on a regular basis for months. I'm really shocked by all the negative reviews! Never had anything but a great experience. My go-to's are the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce (SO GREAT), the Seafood Delight and the Tiger Roll (which is now my favorite sushi roll). My girlfriend is vegan and she loves the Szechuan Bean Curd and the Avocado Cucumber roll. This is an Asian cuisine establishment, so if you're expecting to pick up the phone and talk to someone who speaks perfect English, maybe you should stick to pizza. Otherwise, if the language barrier is a problem for you, maybe try stepping into the 21st century and using their online ordering, which is fantastic. Only downside is the lack of a proper Philly roll (with smoked salmon and cream cheese--theirs uses crab instead), but that's a pretty infinitesimal complaint. About to order some lunch right now. Can't wait!

Was a bit disappointed with the experience overall. My wife and I just moved in and they left us a menu for this new sushi place and we were excited they delivered. We also had high hopes with them having a grand opening the food would be above average. So here is the good and bad: Good: Delivery guy was friendly and nice Fried rice was good Shrimp lo mein wasn't bad Bad: Delivery was over an hour They forgot some of the food we ordered The chicken in the fried rice included only 4 pieces The sushi was rough, any time I try a new sushi place I go basic just to be on the safe side. My California roll and Philly roll were pretty bad. I couldn't eat but four pieces each. Had to throw it out. The hot and sour soup was too salty and my wife adds salt to everything. Had to throw it out. Didn't provided utensils (chop sticks) or ask. They seem to do much better on the Chinese then on the Japanese cuisine. Hopefully they will take this info and step up their game.

The food here is HORRIBLE! First of all, the driver took FOREVER to get to my house and the food was hard and tepid cold when I got it. I could barely understand what the person on the phone was saying because of his accent, and when I called to complain about how bad quality the food was, I asked for a refund and the manager started raising his voice at me on the phone! Then when I told him I'd rate him one star, he hung up with a very bad attitude! The honey garlic chicken was dry and almost stale and the rice was stale and barely cold too!!! They don't sell the good rich, moist Chinese rice here with the little white wormy veggie thingies in them. Instead, this company sells the orange-colored stale nasty tasting rice. The wonton tasted good but the actual wonton thingies were pretty hard. I just could NOT BELIEVE how rude the manager was to me over that phone call, seriously. I could barely understand what he was saying at first.....he was like rattling off at me in broken English yelling like an asshole. The pictures and the items on the menu will fool you into thinking they have good stuff here, but don't be fooled cuz they REALLY DON'T. I gave the food to my cat. Alotta ppl are complaining about this place......I'm reporting this company to the bbb and to other complaint websites. I'm getting the word out so they can be investigated and hopefully shut down.

Stay away from this place unless you really need late night sushi delivery .. Not so fresh tasting but I have had worse. Didn't even attempt to eat the baby octopus (wasn't expecting it to be smothered in sauce) prolly should try this place again during the day not right before they close. 3 stars for having such good customer service.

The buffet is small and totally not worth it. Order like a regular Chinese restaurant and the food is passable. 2.5 Stars

Their sushi roll was okay. Service was ok by one of the men there but the others basically ignored us. Had to ask repetitive about drink refill. The rolls came fast. I have had way better especially for the price but it's decent. I was in the area taking my friend for her laser treatment but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there. The lo mien was pretty good. Again nothing to rave about.

The Crab Rangoon was very good! However the General Tso shrimp was mushy and the Schezuan Pork had no taste. Should have known it wasn't gonna be good as we were the only people in the place at 600pm. And to top it off, we had to go searching for an employee in order to pay our bill. Oddly enough, the food all looked good when it was presented to us. And the server was very nice.

OMG. Sushi was wonderful. Nice lil buffet bar with some typical cooked foods, fried rice, pepper steak, beef & broc. A nice lil salad bar, lil dessert bar. The menu is fabulous, and the prices are just as fabulous!!! I have my fav sushi bar from MD (Asahi Sushi in Fells Point...just in case ya'll are wondering or planning to visit Baltimore) and the prices were extremely reasonable...and then I moved to FL and the prices for sushi here(considering there is an ocean = fresh fish) are extremely ridiculous!!! So the prices at JinSha are comperable to what I would pay back home in MD. Parking is kinda a pain...cause of the dt location either park in the garage, or bring quarters for the meters and know how to parallel park!! So otherwise please frequent this nice lil sushi place cause we need good sushi at decent prices here in FtLauderdale!!!! :)

Incredible. Sushi was excellent and fresh, can watch it being prepared as you eat. Definitely not your typical buffet. Vegetables were fresh and crispy and nothing had that "been on a steam tray for hours look". If you are in the lauderdale area and are looking for excellent, quick food this is the place. Food quality and taste is better than most sit down Chinese or sushi places. I was even there during a food delivery. All the vegetables were fresh, not frozen and boxed or bagged. You have to try this place.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
